Art Create Learn Artists’ Gathering
Coffee, conversation & a special gallery preview

✨ A morning coffee, a gallery visit, and time together ✨

Our August Art Create Learn gathering took a slightly different shape. We started the morning with coffee and some delicious baked goods at Balcan Style Bakery, catching up with one another and sharing what we've been working on.

After our coffee, we walked over to Nancy Johns Gallery, where Nancy Johns and Diane Clinton graciously opened the gallery for us to have a special preview of their upcoming exhibition before it officially opened to the public. It was a wonderful opportunity to see the exhibition together and spend some time talking about the work and the gallery. A special thank you to Nancy Johns and Diane Clinton for welcoming us, and to Diane Clinton for taking photos and capturing our afternoon.

We were happy to have: Julie A Bell, Stephen Gibb, Sandra Ellis, Marian Drouillard, Kristy LeBlanc, Joanne Carr, Karen Rockwell and her partner Sherry, Dennis Hunkler and his wife Maureen, Anna Buckie, Nicolette Westfall, Olga Klekner, Liz Peters, and Gulnaz Turdalieva.

After our visit to Nancy Johns Gallery, some of us continued on to Sho Art, Spirit & Performance to see Elaine Guitar van Loo’s Beginnings and Beyond.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the morning and afternoon so enjoyable. It is always wonderful to have time together away from our individual studios and to continue building connections within the Art Create Learn community. We hope to see you at the next gathering!
