Gulnaz Turdalieva

Visual Artist | Founder, Creative Director & Editor of Art Create Learn

Gulnaz Turdalieva is a multidisciplinary visual artist, designer, and arts publisher based in Windsor, Ontario. Through painting, mixed media, photography, and illustration, she explores themes of memory, identity, emotion, and the connections between people and place. Her work combines semi-abstract forms, symbolic imagery, and layered textures, inviting viewers to slow down, reflect, and discover their own stories within each piece.

She is the founder, creative director, and editor of Art Create Learn, an independent magazine dedicated to celebrating artists, sharing creative ideas, and strengthening the visual arts community. What began as a passion project has grown into a platform that showcases artists of all career stages through interviews, feature articles, exhibitions, and creative opportunities.

As an artist, Gulnaz has participated in solo and group exhibitions throughout Windsor-Essex, with her work shown at venues including Artspeak Gallery, SB Contemporary Gallery, Gibson Gallery, and Mackenzie Hall. Alongside her studio practice, she enjoys interviewing artists, designing publications, mentoring creative projects, and finding meaningful ways to connect artists with the wider community.

Through both her artwork and Art Create Learn, Gulnaz believes that creativity has the power to inspire, encourage dialogue, preserve stories, and bring people together.
